From the summit, we will be able to watch the sunrise and view Mount Saint Catherine—the peninsula's highest peak at 2,637 meters. On the descent, we will visit the Monastery of Saint Catherine (subject to availability), situated at an altitude of 1,570 meters and enclosed by impressive walls. We will return to the hotel and, at the scheduled time, depart for the border crossing to leave Egypt. Upon arrival in Arava via Eilat, we will transfer to the Jordanian border and enter Jordan following immigration formalities. We will then continue to Wadi Rum for a visit to the desert. This includes a two-hour 4x4 Jeep tour driven by Bedouins, taking us past massive, uniquely shaped mountains that rise from the desert landscape. Dinner and overnight stay in Wadi Rum.

We will explore the most important and iconic monuments carved into the rock by the Nabataeans, including the Obelisk Tomb; the Siq (a 1 km-long canyon leading to the impressive and renowned Treasury, or *Al Khazneh*); the Street of Facades; and the colorful tombs and Royal Tombs. Afterward, we will travel to Amman. Dinner and overnight stay in Amman.

There, we will visit the Church of St. George, home to the oldest known mosaic map of the Holy Land, created in 571 AD. Next, we will visit Mount Nebo, a site of great importance to Christians; it was the last place visited by Moses, and from there, the prophet beheld the Promised Land—a land he would never actually enter. We will then proceed to the Allenby border crossing. After completing border formalities, we will continue to Jerusalem with an English-speaking driver. Overnight in Jerusalem. Dinner not included.

We will then proceed to the modern part of the city to visit the Mahane Yehuda Market (Shuk)—Jerusalem's most famous market—where you can experience the true variety of Israeli cuisine. Beyond its products, the market's main charm lies in the multicultural atmosphere found among its bustling stalls. Overnight in Jerusalem. Dinner not included.
